Terms of Service

Nipali is a free comparison tool that displays exchange rates from Japan-based remittance providers and a community events platform for Nepalis living in Japan. We do not process money transfers, provide financial advice, or act as a financial institution.

All exchange rates, gold prices, and related data shown on Nipali are for informational purposes only. They are not financial advice. Rates shown may differ from the actual rates at the time of your transaction due to timing and provider policies.

Always verify the exact rate and any applicable fees directly with the remittance provider before sending money. Nipali is not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on rates displayed on this Service.

To access community features (RSVP, profiles, event creation), you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their permission.

Organiser accounts may submit events for publication on Nipali. By submitting content, you represent that:

• You have the right to submit the content
• The event is real and the information is accurate
• The content does not violate any laws or the rights of any third party
• The content is not spam, misleading, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful

All submitted events are reviewed by our team before being published. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any content at our discretion without notice.

If you create an event on Nipali, you are solely responsible for the event itself — including its organisation, safety, legality, and any communications with attendees. Nipali is a listing platform only and is not a co-organiser of any event.

Nipali is not responsible for any harm, injury, loss, or dispute arising from events listed on the platform.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent event listings
• Scrape or automate access to the Service without permission
• Attempt to disrupt or harm the Service or other users
• Impersonate another person or organisation

The Nipali name, logo, and design are our property. Exchange rate data is sourced from public provider websites — all provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nipali is not affiliated with any listed provider.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that rate data is accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nipali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including financial losses from remittance transactions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms — continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Japan.
